Are yous able to upload photos to Facebook using other web browsers?
Does the issue persist with ane photo or all photos?
From which location are yous trying to upload the photo?
Bank check if you face similar issue when uploading photos from other file location.
Also bank check if you are able to upload photos from external devices like, pen drive or other USB device.
Run the Net Connections troubleshooter by following the steps below, and cheque if the issue is resolved.
Step 1: TypeTroubleshooting in the search bar side by side to Start icon, and press Enter.
Step two: SelectView all on the left mitt side console, and click onInternet Connections
Step iii: Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Non sure if you have read my clarification or merely read the championship?
I clearly mentioned that it's neither browser nor cyberspace connexion problem.
And not only photos merely likewise documents,...
Location is also non a problem.

Thank y'all for replying with the condition of the event.
This upshot might occur due to the file abuse or permission rights on the picture show.
I would suggest you lot to follow the beneath steps and check if information technology helps.
Pace one: I would suggest you to motion the picture in some dissimilar location and then attempt to upload the picture and check if it helps to resolve your issue.
If the event persists, follow the next step.
Stride ii: I would suggest y'all to cheque if the same issue occurs on a different user account on your computer.
If you don't have any other user business relationship, try following the below steps on how to create new user business relationship:
- Get to Settings.
- Choose Accounts and so select Other User Accounts towards the left.
- Select Add an Business relationship .
- Enter a user proper noun and hit Next .
- Click on Stop.
- Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account .

Thank y'all for posting in Microsoft Community, nosotros appreciate your interest in Windows 10.
I suggest you to effort disabling the protected mode and and then attempt attaching the files and check if it helps.
To disable the protected mode please follow the steps below:
- Click the Tools icon in Net Explorer
- Click the Security tab and uncheck the checkbox beside Enable Protected Manner (requires restarting Net Explorer)
- Click Utilize and then click OK.
- Shut all open Net Explorer windows, and so restart Internet Explorer.
